SARATOGA

Saratoga is located on the beautiful north-facing peninsula of Brisbane Water.   The fishing village atmosphere makes it one of the most sought after suburbs on the Central Coast.  The neighbouring villages of Davistown & Yattalunga with their peaceful water-oriented atmosphere are also recognised as great places to live.

With excellent transport facilities there is a regular bus service to Gosford, connecting with trains to Sydney, as well as to Erina. The local Ferry service, which runs weekdays and weekends, provides transport between, Saratoga, Davistown, Empire Bay, Woy Woy, linking to the Palm Beach ferry service.

Local shops and supermarkets offer convenient shopping. The peninsula offers diverse living, catering for both first homebuyers right through to luxurious, up market living.

DAVISTOWN

Surrounded by the Brisbane Water, the suburb of Davistown presents as a picturesque locale, perfect for the fisherman or boater within.

The town is serviced by the shopping village, Paringa Mall which features a takeaway, newsagent and café and the Davistown RSL which offers a range of events and activities – perfect to catch up with friends or to enjoy a leisurely game of bowls.

Davistown boats excellent public transportation, with frequent bus services running to Kincumber, Erina Fair and Gosford and the local ferry service which makes it a breeze to connect to Sydney from Woy Woy railway station.

At the end of October the town comes alive with the annual Putt Putt Regatta and Wooden Boat festival, which sees the waterfront reserve peppered with a range of market stalls, maritime displays and live entertainment.

What ever your needs – big or small, Davistown caters to a diverse market, from the humble seaside cottage to the grandiose coastal manor.


YATTALUNGA

Yattalunga is one of the Central Coasts hidden gems – boasting a convenient location, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of neighbouring thoroughfare suburbs. The suburbs main feat is the Yattalunga General Store.



The town is on the direct bus route to Kincumber, Erina Fair and Gosford, and a short walk to connecting busses to Avoca Beach, Woy Woy, Copacabana and Wagstaffe.
